To reduce your initial investment, Hair Republic offers a streamlined new build, as well as a conversion option, which helps keep your investment low.

Franchisee Fees:*

Build Out Costs *
​
For a new build salon we estimate between $200,000 and $300,000 dependent on the size and condition of your new location.

**Salon conversion costs are based on a case-by-case analysis and are dependent on the size and condition of your existing salon. Salon conversions can range between $100,000 and $125,000.
​
Once your salon is opened, there is an ongoing royalty fee of 6% for revenues up to $1m, 5% for revenues up to $2m, 4% for revenues above $3m. Gross sales calculation can be based on multi unit revenues if you qualify.
